Latency makes recording multiple tracks impossible

This app has a lot of potential, but is made totally useless by the fact that you cant adjust latency. If you record 4 tracks, each track will start like 0.1 seconds after than the one before it. By the time you get four tracks playing at once, its a total jumbled mess.
Solution: add a latency adjuster. Or if possible, an automatic latency detector.
